A minimum cancellation notice of 12 hours applies to the following: Private Vehicle Service Reservations for 5 or more passengers Flight Arrivals at Pearson International between 23:00 - 04:00 Pick-up/Drop-off at Hotels Convention / Event Reservations Reservations for today or next day travel (requires reservation to be made by telephone) If the minimum cancellation notice requirement is not met there will be no refunds. Customers must obtain a confirmation number when cancelling a reservation.
