If you are planning a business meeting or corporate convention in one of our vast service areas, Airways Transit can make your transportation requirements run smoothly. For groups of 50 or more delegates arriving by air at Lester B. Pearson International Airport, you can pre-register with our sales department for a special conference attendee rate. The required booking flyer will be made available to your coordinator who in turn will distribute the required conference material. Delegates will then be able to book directly with us by telephone, fax or via our INTERNET reservations request form.

We can also provide upon request and an additional charge, our "meet and greet" services at the airport as well as a return reservation counter at your event location.
