We provide door-to-door transport to and from Toronto Pearson, Waterloo Region, and Hamilton airports, serving areas such as Waterloo, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and beyond. We also offer charter and tailored shuttle services across Ontario. Passenger safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Shuttle Driver Position (Waterloo & Stoney Creek Office)

• Possible Start time between: ~ 10:00am - 16:00pm 

• Possible End  time between: ~  23:00pm - 2:00am  

Morning Shift

• Possible Start time between: ~ 12:00am - 5:00am   

• Possible End  time between: ~ 11:00am - 13:00pm

• Vulnerable Sector record check (satisfactory to the Region of Waterloo or Hamilton-Wentworth police).

Requirements 

• Ability to lift 23kg (50lbs) of luggage and navigate stairs

• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written and 2-way radio use) 

• Age 25+ and full G licence held for at least 6 years (insurance requirement)

Dispatcher & Reservation Agent (Afternoons Waterloo) 

This position is CLOSED:  

Coordinate and schedule airport ground transportation while delivering excellent guest service. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and assign reservations to drivers
• Answer multi-line phones promptly and professionally
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and office staff
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, schedules, and documentation
• Provide front-desk guest services as needed
• Prioritize urgent requests and adjust schedules accordingly
• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks
• Support team members to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications

• Dispatching or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: From $19.00/hour

Reservation Agent (Waterloo) 

This position is CLOSED:  

We’re looking for a passionate Reservation Agent to join our team! You’ll manage reservations, assist guests, and ensure a smooth booking process. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly, directing them as needed  
• Assist with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations
• Address guest inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or online system
• Handle secure payment processing and collaborate with dispatch on availability

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with reservation systems and multi-line phones is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Permanent Full-Time with Benefits.   Pay $17.20 to $19.00 per hour

310S Automotive Service Technician (Waterloo)  

This position is CLOSED.

• Maintain Fleet of GMC Savana and Dodge Caravan Vehicles 
• 20 Propane operated vehicles. Paid training upgrade to  "ICE-P"

Permanent Full-Time with Benefits.   Pay $28 to $31 per hour

Vehicle Detailer Part Time (Stoney Creek)

This position is CLOSED.

• Your priority will be Maintaining the cleanliness of the Shuttle Fleet.
• You should possess the ability to assess and initiate light cleanup duties independently around the shop and office.

Permanent Part-Time 20+ hours per week.   Pay $17.60 per hour
